The project „Gestures of Angels as Mediators between Cultures“ connects arts and cultures and creates meeting spaces between society, art and religion. Exhibitions, events and workshops take place in these encounter spaces.
In 2021/2022, we as the project team of the Fraktalwerk project space invite for participatory art projects and competitions. These are on the horizon of the Capital of Culture 2025.
A international photo competition is therefore addresses everyone, especially in the Chemnitz twin towns: welcome are photos of angels with interesting messages.
In a dance workshop, gestures of angels will be put into motion and combined with movements of sign language. The workshop is a meeting space for people with different experiences with signs and gestures in their everyday life.
